AC KEYS
In order to improve your Cable TV service and wiring, we need access (the keys) to your AC closet, where the Cable TV wiring is located. Please leave a key to your AC closet with the Office.
VACATIONS- STORMS- HURRICANES
In the event of a storm, hurricane or vacation or when you may be away from the property for an extended period, please remove all furniture, plants and everything from your terraces before leaving.
